BREWERY // "Never compromise with taste"

To Øl are Tobias & Tore, two former high school students of Mikkel Borg Bjergsø (who went on to found Mikkeller) whose commitment to flavour saw the brewery voted 9th in the World on RateBeer in 2014. Their first beers were brewed alongside Mikkel in the school kitchen between 10pm and 6am on weekdays. We actually cannot think of a better teenage hobby and rue the countless hours wasted in guitar lessons and on muddy rugby pitches. All of their beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized and bottle conditioned. To Øl put 5-10% oats into every beer they make and claim that "is the secret behind the sexy haziness, body and mouthfeel, as well as good foam".

BEER // A fresh, flowerfull and hoppy American-Style Wheat Beer at 6,3% ABV. 40% Wheat Malt, a ton of Simcoe, Citra, Galaxy and Amarillo hops combined with a nice handful of 6 different specially made dried flowers (Blue Cornflower, Hibiscus, Marigold, Rose flower, Hawthorn flower and Raspberry flowers). The beer is meant to be a salute to all the beauty the spring brings
