Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Subsitutions
In the unlikely event that a beer in your cart is not available, we will substitute it for a similar beer of equal or greater value. If you’d prefer a refund instead of replacement please include a note with your order and we will process this.

Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately due to the type of product (consumable) and its membership subscription nature we cannot accept returns of physical goods UNLESS you return all 12 beers sent to you. If you return all 12 beers then we will process a full refund of that periods membership fee. If however you have consumed 1 or more beers we will not be able to accept returns for the remaining beers or process a refund.

 

Damaged Goods

If any of your beers are damaged en route then let us know and we will send you replacement beer, for those bottles damaged, at no additional cost.

 

Shipping
To return your product, please first contact us at contact@beerjerk.co.nz so we can arrange the necessary details. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
