A farmhouse ale brewed in collaboration between Sailors Grave & Small Gods. Utilising true farmhouse method and inspiration, this Saison is brewed with spelt and fig leaf offering a complex estery & floral aroma with subtle earth, botanic & spicy citrus notes on the palate.

1x Sailors Grave / Let Them Eat Cake - 7% 440ml Imperial Carrot Cake Pastry Field Beer
Imperial pastry field beer brewed with Belgomalt innovation series Gingerbread cookie infusion malt & carrots, with warming aromas stemming from generous additions of cinnamon and ginger into the malting process. The Gingerbread cookie infusion malt finds soft balance with further additions of Nutmeg, Allspice and Cloves working in harmony to contribute to a complete medley of depth, cosy spice and festivity.

1x Sailors Grave / Purple Reign - 7.5% 440ml Berry, Beetroot & Vanilla Salted Sour
Purple reign pours a deep jewel-toned purple, like the colour of a ripe blackberry. Its head is frothy and rich, tinged with pink and lavender hues. At first taste there is a burst of berry tartness, followed by a smooth sweetness that lingers on the tongue. The tartness comes from the fresh mulberries, blackberries and blueberries. The organic beetroot provides an earthy undertone that balances the sweetness of the lactose and vanilla, while the salt adds a subtle savoury touch.

Rhubarb & Strawberry cream sour with a heap of Strawberry & Rhubarb, with a hint of Cinnamon, Cardamon & Vanilla.

1x Sailors Grave / Bloody Caesar - 5% 440ml Tomato & Oyster Gose
Refreshing with a delicate umami tang! Bloody Caesar is a unique beer with a complex savoury and refreshing flavour profile with hints of tomato and a slight brininess from the Wapengo Rocks Organic Oysters. On the palate, the beer has a light and refreshing body, with complex michelada notes bursting with umami. Slightly salty, and slightly acidic, with a lingering tartness from the lacto-fermented Goshen Country Roma Tomatoes.

This Pickle Beer is a collaboration between Sailors Grave and their favourite local potato chip producer Chappys Chips. This 'Crisp' Cucumber & Dill Pickle Gose is brewed with Force of Nature Food Co Crystal Apple, Little Potato, Lemon and Armenian Cucumbers, with the addition of Chappy's Organic Dill Seed Spice Mix
