You probably know that Deeds are one of the most highly regarded breweries in the world and that the quality, innovation and consistency of their beers means they are the Champion Medium Australian Brewery 2023.

If you didn’t, you should know that Beer Jerk believe there is so much great NZ beer, we don’t go to the effort of importing anything less than spectacular. We also only import limited amounts so grab this box fast before it sells out.

This exclusive mixed pack contains the following 440ml cans:
  • Knock on Wood - 5.5% (Barrel Aged Pilsner): Dreams of bringing barrel-aged lagers continue as does the love of pilsners. This beer was lagered for a month in tank then racked into specially selected white wine barrels to spend 90 days on oak. Oak flavour gives way to light fruity notes again adding complexity to that simple pleasure of a great pilsner. Full mouthfeel is backed with some tannin rounding out the overall experience.
  • Flyover State - 5% (Dry Hopped White Ale): This White Ale plays homage to ‘Flyover States’ the world over by showing just how truly nuanced, beguiling and captivating wheat can be. Without them, cities would grind to halt, as would breweries. It has a strong orange, wheaty body, and dry finish. A very nicely balanced beer.
  • Lamington Ale - 5.5% (Pastry Brown Ale): This seasonal release is a tribute to cake, but not just any piece of sponge deserves a beer. What better dessert to celebrate than an Australian icon - the lamington. This beer started as an English Brown Ale full of rich chocolate and caramel flavours, and then it was packed full of coconut. This delicious, balanced ale really is a liquid lamington.
  • Bigger on the Inside - 5.4% (Extra Special Bitter): It’s bigger on the inside. This English Special Bitter is more than just a mere beer. It’s a marvel of engineering, a work of art, and a timeless classic all rolled into one.
  • Midnight Rain - 4.9% (Schwarzbier): The rains will be here soon. Let the experience wash over as you enjoy one of the finest Black Lagers. Roasty and clean, a classic Schwarzbier.
  • Post Workout - 8% (Imperial Pastry Sour): With this pastry imperial stout, you can enjoy the cooldown as much as (or more than) the workout. In this Imperial Pastry Sour, you’ll discover mango, banana, passionfruit, coconut, and vanilla flavours. Who needs smoothies?
  • Schadenfreude - 6.2% (Dark Wheat): Schadenfreude; [ˈʃaːdənfrɔydə] Pleasure derived by someone from another person’s misfortune. A dark wheat beer that beautifully blends roasted malt complexity with the light, refreshing character of a wheat ale and no small amount of banana character.
  • Castle in the Sky - 5% (Hazy Pale): This Hazy Pale Beer aims to reflect the notion of the castle in the sky. When you enjoy this beer, you may drift off and wonder about the sovereign castle that offers wonders beyond belief. Vibrant hop aromas and a soft, pillowy mouthfeel
  • There Can only be One - 7.8% (Wee Heavy): The champion has been delivered with this secret recipe Scottish Strong Ale, and all others may fall in its wake. ‘There can be only one’ is the cry of the victorious so raise this beer in victory. a rich, malt-forward Wee Heavy with layers of toffee, dark fruit, and a warming finish.
  • Red Flag - 6% (American Red Ale): Red Flag Red Ale encourages you to decide for yourself. You won’t be sorry you grabbed a few and shared them with your mates and laughed about all your ignored red flags of yesteryear. This Red Flag may just be giving you the green light. A malt-driven ale that has a beautifully balanced hop profile of apricot, eucalyptus and pine. A little bit ESB, a little bit Rye IPA and whole lot of delicious.
  • Hey Bud’eh - 7% (WCIPA): Speakin’ of that stuff though it couldn’t be further than what you’ve got in yer mitt right now. C’mon crack er open and giv’er a swig eh? This beer embraces bold hop bitterness and showcases a medley of pine, resin, and citrus notes.
  • A Gose By Any Other Name - 4.5% (Ginger Lime Gose): They sat in silence for a moment, quietly contemplating. It wasn’t the funniest pun they had heard, nor was it the most original. But really, what’s in a name? That which we call a gose by any other name should taste as sour, after all. It combines zesty lime and spicy ginger in a tart gose base, creating a uniquely refreshing experience.
NOTE: this is another Beer Jerk exclusive, they are not available anywhere else in NZ
