To Ol have created what they describe as the perfect “first-beer of the night”; Clean, Crisp and delicately balanced. With a team at the office heavily into video games this beer was based around a CounterStrike role in which a player starts a game aggressively to open up the field for his team mates. As such this beer is designed to open up your palate for a great night of beers! Brewed with respect to German brewing traditions, this Kölsch Style Ale is slightly Americanized; Unfiltered and heavily dry-Hopped with Tettnanger & Mosaic.
