This is one to chew on. A big, grunty dark beer, infused with cold
steeped, locally roasted organic fair trade coffee and fresh Raglan
Brunoro figs. Roasty sweet up front, ends dry and vinous with a
lingering bitterness. Don’t drink cold. Pour, swil and drink through
it's creamy tan head. Best at 11-12°C. Can be cellared in cool place for
3 years or more.
