Modus Operandi opened in July 2014. Only three months later at the first Craft Beer Industry Association Craft Beer Awards they collected the trophy for Australia’s Best Amber/Dark Ale,  Best IPA, Champion Small Brewery and Champion Australian Craft Beer. 

In the years since they have gone from strength to strength putting out a range of awesome beers in a range of styles from the clean and crushable to interesting and experimental.

They hero cold storage from brewery and have gone on from their win of Champion Small Brewery to follow it up with Champion Medium Brewery and Champion Large Brewery.
