1x Once More into the Fray / Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout - 14.5%

This Imperial Stout was aged in Bourbon Barrels for 12 months resulting in thick chocolate notes, backed by vanilla, coconut, whiskey and oak.

1x Give Me Shelter / BBA Stout w/ Pecans & Vanilla - 13%

This Imperial Stout was aged in Bourbon Barrels for 12 months and then conditioned on pecan and vanilla pods resulting in thick chocolate notes, backed by vanilla, coconut, whiskey, and oak.

1x Lost In Translation (collab w/ Kyoto Brewing) / Japanese Quadrupel - 10.2%

Adzuki Beans & Kinako are used through the brewing and fermentation to bring a nutty sweetness into this rich, balanced Belgian Quad. Wherever in the world you’re sharing this drop, and whatever language you speak, it won’t be Lost In Translation!

1x The Fourth Horseman / Imperial Stout - 12%

Dark and thick, this Imperial Stout is reminiscent of old timey chocolate milk, where they used to melt bars down and add cream right into the cauldron. Built upon this sweet base are layers of heavy chocolate, coffee, and balancing booze on the back end.

1x Paradise Lost / Imperial Stout - 10%

Paradise was a place where the sky was always blue, and the trees were forever green. They say it was the dark angel that led the people away. He did so with the promise of a better life, one more interesting and perfect than they had experienced. But it was all a lie. The dark angel was rebellious and convinced people to move on as revenge against its creator. Today, people strive to find what was lost and regain what they feel is their right, and return to paradise.

This seasonal Vanilla Porter combines classic porter flavours of roasted coffee and dark chocolate against a big burst of vanilla. A moderate bitterness keeps the subtle sweetness in check, while its thick body and smooth mouthfeel make for a big beer that remains perfectly balanced.
