Red IPAs are the beer of choice for the drinker who wants it all. Well made examples exhibit  perfect synergy between hops and malt and that is certainly true of The Ordained. The Red Back and Crystal malts give the beer body and a delicate sweetness that works in harmony with the jammy hops. American Citra, Simcoe & Mosaic hops are used with lots of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin dry hopping at the end for it's iconic gooseberry aroma. Red IPAs are Brent's favourite style and, if he had his way, we'd be drinking them every second week.
