First brewed for The Malthouse's Sour Fest', Craftgiyse pumped up the ABV on their otherwise normal organic Grisette recipe. In stead of using their normal yeast, for a year long, slow ferment they added Lacotbacillus and Brettanomyces Bruxellensis . The brett character shows more funk and farmyard than sourness. First appearing on hand pull, bottles will follow. This beer could be a shocker after a hard day in the mine or office!
