Beer Club members receive a subscription box of 6 truly unique beers every 6 weeks. Each Thursday, Beer Jerks around the country drink one beer and talk about it online. The next week we do the same again, with a different awesome beer.

These are not your everyday beers, we go to great lengths to source new, limited and exclusive beers in a range of interesting styles. The Beer Jerk subscription allows you to expand your palate and experience the joy of discovering a new and delicious beer every week.

Of course, you could just drink all the beers at once. We're not the police of your house. We just think everybody will have more fun if they stick to the rules and have organised fun.

Beer Club memberships are a 6 week recurring subscription or can be purchased for a 12, 24, 36 or 48 week period. Find the pre-paid memberships in the Gifts tab.

When will my subscription box be shipped?

Orders placed between Friday and Thursday are shipped the following Monday.

For example:
- If you order on Friday, your box will ship the next Monday (10 days later).
- If you order on Wednesday, your box will ship the upcoming Monday (5 days later).

We’ll send you an email with tracking details as soon as your box is on its way!
How do I update my address or payment details?

Updating your address or payment details is easy! Just log in to your account on our website, go to the "Manage Subscription" section, and make your changes there.

    A good time in a box

    Initially I thought, wouldn't I be better off going to a super market and choosing my own 6 beers?
    Reasons this is better:
    1 - Approaching a beer with zero expectations removes some anticipation which can actually be distracting. Beer club is more like when a friend gives you a sip of their beer. You're able to taste it without weighing it against whether you made a good selection.
    2 - These boxes contain beers that you don't find at the supermarket. Some are more common, but others are unique. Either way, it does feel like there is intent behind the selection. Not just a mix of beers on special.
    3 - The accompanying videos are great. They bring you into the community of NZ beer drinkers. It's inclusive, and gives you something to look forward to.
    4 - It is genuinely convenient to have the decision fatigue removed. There is always a new beer in the fridge waiting for you. No trips to the store, no decisions, and before you know it, bang it's Thursday, and a beer is waiting for you complete with a story.
    5/5, would recommend. I enjoy it more than I expected to. You will too.

    Love the selection that's offered, the email with the accompanied video and music match.
    If you are wondering if you should, I say a big yes, you can't go wrong.
