Beans from Papua New Guinea bring a bright fruity character to this creamy moreish 48% milk chocolate.
Beekeeper
New Zealand manuka honey and bee pollen, plus some puffed amaranth give a light toasty crunch.
70% Cacao Solomons
Dark, fruity and delicate. There’s a subtle citrus tang and a gentle raspberry finish.
Horopito & Kawakawa
Native horopito leaves and kawakawa berries deliver a spicy, peppery kick. Blended with 66% cacao Papua New Guinea chocolate for a smooth and creamy mouthfeel.
Salted Caramel
Sea salted chunks of caramel are encased in a 70% cacao Papua New Guinea base. It’s rich and dark but loaded with light, crunchy chunks of caramel.
Short Black
A rich, dark, coffee hit, with crunchy pieces of cacao nib and a hint of sweet vanilla in a base of 70% cacao Papua New Guinea chocolate.

Box is padded with wood wool, includes a pairing menu and is sealed with a ‘From Your Valentine’ sticker.
