A bold dark-copper beer that rewards its drinkers with big flavours. It’s brewed with pale and crystal malts and hopped with English Goldings and American Liberty varieties. This results in a peppery hop and bitter orange aroma, balanced by a fresh bread maltiness; with a flavour dominated by hops and fruit, then a lingering hop bitterness.
