• Any order placed and shipped from the 19th Dec cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas
• We wont be shipping any orders from the 21st Dec 2017 to the 3rd Jan 2018 as courier deliveries over this time are very delayed and under huge pressure. We don't want any disappointed customers.
• Existing members that are due a renewal box for the week commencing the 1st Jan 2018 will have their box shipped early on the 18th Dec 2017
• New members purchasing a gift sub or signing up for a recurring sub from the 17th Dec will have their boxes dispatched on the 15th Jan 2018. Email us for a gift note template that you can use if this sub is intended as an Xmas gift
• Monthly members will have their Dec boxes shipped on the 18th Dec 2017
• Any order placed between 21st Dec 2017 and 3rd Jan 2018 will be shipped from the 4th Jan 2018
