MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

We ship orders out in full 12 packs. You can order any combination of products and quantities as long as the total quantity in the cart is a multiple of 12.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Postage and packaging is included in the price. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are the delivery recipient and if you are not the recipient that the person receiving the delivery is 18 or older. If possible make sure you get your beer delivered to a place that someone can accept delivery as It's easier that way.

At the moment we only deliver to New Zealand

AGE RESTRICTION

By placing an order with Beer Jerk you are confirming that you are 18 or older. It is illegal for us to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. It is also your responsibility to ensure that you are the delivery recipient and if you are not the recipient that the person receiving the delivery is 18 or older.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE BEER IS BROKEN / DOESN'T GET TO ME?

We'll send you some more. You won't have to pay any extra.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Unfortunately due to the type of product (consumable) we cannot accept returns of physical goods UNLESS you return all beers purchased in the order. If you return all the beers then we will process a full refund of the purchase price. If however you have consumed 1 or more beers we will not be able to accept returns for the remaining beers or process a refund. Please note that the cost of returns will be your responsibility.
