Chaos spent half a year in a stainless tank with Brett B and Survive spent quality time with Brett C. Both beers are super dry, complex and spritzy but the different Brett strains used make the resultant beer surprisingly different. B gives Chaos a pronounced barnyard funkiness, moderate tartness, and earthy notes. Survive has very prominent pineapple and tropical fruit flavours with milder funkiness.
