Small Gods are a brewery dedicated to interesting and innovative beers. This mixed case includes some of their most recent beers!

Taking traditional styles and injecting a modern twist. Small Gods is a project dedicated to fun, collaborative, historical and experimental brewing aiming to keep history alive by bringing these beers and legends into the modern age.

3x Small Gods / Pukwudgie - California DIPA - 7.8% 440ml Can
Pukwudgie is Californian Double IPA. A base of Pilsner, Wheat and Gladiator Malts provides a clean and snappy backdrop for the hops to shine. We then dosed up the hot side with mash, boil and dry hop additions of Strata and Cryo El Dorado for a rounded bitterness. In the dry hop we doubled down with El Dorado, Cryo Strata and a Motueka Hop Kief to provide a zesty pop of citrus and stonefruit. The result is a punchy and assertive double IPA loaded with fruit character, a beautiful body rich with hop oils and a dry finish that keeps you coming back for more.

2x Small Gods / Hexenhaus - Roggenbier - 5.4% 440ml Can
Hexenhaus is a Roggenbier. This traditional German style ale is brewed with a base of Vienna malt supported by 3 different varieties of Rye to provide a rich and complex malt profile featuring flavours of dark brown bread, light toffee and black pepper. This is supported by Hallertau Tradition hops to provide a grassy hop character and supporting bitterness. The result is a smooth and drinkable rye ale which abounds with chewy malt character and subtle spice.

2x Small Gods / The Tun - One Tonne Imperial Stout - 10% 440ml Can
This huge and viscous dark beer features a robust base of 1000kg of New Zealand malts bringing an array of complex dark malt characters. As this decadent and indulgent beer warms in your glass it reveals elegant and integrated flavours of roast, dark chocolate, dark fruit, burnt toffee, caramel, toasted rye bread, brown sugar and porridge. This is reinforced by a smooth and warming boozy finish and top notes of bramble and blackberry jam from a judicious addition of British hops.

2x Small Gods / Living With Intent To Survive - Brett C Pilsner - 6% 440ml Can
Pilsner hopped with Motueka fermented with Brettanomyces Claussenii in stainless for 6 months then can conditioned. It is the fraternal twin to Siding With Chaos Against Good Order which was fermented with Brett B. Survive has very prominent pineapple and tropical fruit flavours with milder funkiness from the Brett C.

1x Small Gods / Mordred- Dark Table Beer - 3.5% 440ml Can
A complex base of 7 malts including Vienna, Oats, Wheat, Rye and Roasted Malts fermented with a Belgian yeast strain to add beautifully integrated notes of dark fruit and spice. This was then hopped with Strata to add bright and zesty top notes of strawberry, bubblegum, grapefruit and sage. The result is a sessionable and interesting dark beer which evolves in the glass revealing myriad complexities.

1x Small Gods x Sailors Grave / The Fruit Thereof - Fig Leaf & Spelt Saison - 6.5% 440ml Can
A farmhouse ale brewed in collaboration between Sailors Grave & Small Gods. Utilising true farmhouse method and inspiration, this Saison is brewed with spelt and fig leaf offering a complex estery & floral aroma with subtle earth, botanic & spicy citrus notes on the palate.

1x Small Gods / Lion Tower - Double Cold WCIPA - 8% 440ml Can
This light but characterful porter is brewed with a restrained selection of British malts and hopped with Bramling Cross. The beer opens with notes of dark rye bread and burnt toffee with chocolate and blackberry jam joining as the beer warms. A touch of roast on the back of palate leads to a dry and moreish finish.
