5.8% 2021 Hoppy Saison was crafted with a traditional Saison strain alongside several fruit-forward Brettanomyces strains. Late-hopped with Nelson Sauvin & Citra, this beer is amazingly fruity! Bright pineapple & tropical fruits dominate in aroma & flavour, yet incredibly dry with soft sugary sweetness. Fruity when fresh, it'll develop more earthy flavours over time
